Specialties was formed in 1994. We produced the now famous
“Championship Barbecue, from Backyard to Competition Barbecue”
tape series featuring Paul Kirk, the Kansas City Baron of
Barbecue. The three tape series is a complete course in Barbecue
(Smoke) cooking.
Shortly thereafter we added the Meadow Creek line of Barbecue Pits, Smokers,
Grills, and accessories.
Operating out of a warehouse in Kansas City, we stock many of
the Meadow Creek products locally, and ship them nationally. As
